With a professional background in physiotherapy and health promotion, Rosy Strong is an accredited Bike Education instructor with extensive experience riding in Melbourne and other cities of the world. Rosy brings her passion for urban bicycling to design and deliver a range of cycling education courses for adults.

CycleWise4BikeShare:

Exclusively for Melbourne Bike Share users. From June 2010 we will offer 1, 2 and 3 hour skills and confidence training programs to help you cycle safely in the CBD.

CycleWise - Cycling Skills and Road Safety Training:

a comprehensive and practical course covering: Victorian road rules for cyclists, bike knowledge, pre-riding safety checks, choosing the right bicycle and accessories, safe riding in traffic, hazard recognition and avoidance, route planning and more.

CycleWise2Work - Defensive Cycling in Traffic seminar:

a lunchtime information session offered to workplaces. Covers the fundamentals of defensive city cycling, including overview of road rules, tips on negotiating potentially hazardous traffic situations, route planning, insurance and more.
