WalkSmart and CycleSmart are innovative behaviour change programs developed by the Victorian Department of Infrastructure's TravelSmart Workplaces in 2005 to encourage employees to walk or cycle in their journey to work. It includes the supply of pedometers and cycle computers, maps and access to a website where participants enter their daily steps or kilometres and get feedback on their progress. It is also a source of walking, cycling and health information, news and a popular tool for workplaces running challenges such as Walktober.
After completing an evaluation of WalkSmart and CycleSmart for TravelSmart in 2006, Rosy joined the team again in 2007/08 to implement recommendations and project manage the websites' redevelopment, provide user support and training and oversee the transition of WalkSmart and CycleSmart to its current managers - Kinect Australia.
